Paris-Brest-Paris 1891-2007

For those of you who aren’t familiar Paris-Brest-Paris is a long distance bike race held every 4 years that covers 1200km and is unsupported with control stations along the way. It’s the pinnacle of long distance brevets. This book chronicles it from its inception in 1891 to the last time it was held in 2007. It’s filled with great pictures and possibly great text. I wouldn’t know because the entire thing is written in French and unfortunately my high school french isn’t quite enough to allow me the pleasure of reading this book.
